These three fundamental Ayurvedic principles unite to make ten distinctive mind-body types. Depending upon our Ayurvedic body types, things we eat, in what way we exercise, when we sleep, and where we wish to live, has its own exceptional outline.

It is a five-fold therapy. Like all other medical processes, Panchakarma Therapy should be started with primary consultation by a competent Ayurvedic Physician who can find out the individual's constitutional type, the type of your disease with an appropriate intensity of therapies to be given.
