What is Ayurveda?

- Sekam : It is an eye wash method done with the help of medicated kashayam.
- Aschotanam : The process of putting eye drops in the eye.
- Thakradhara : This is a process of pouring medicated buttermilk over the head for a specified period of time to dessipate the heat out of body.
- Tharpanam : In this, medicated ghee is kept over the eye for a predetermined period, creating concentric periphery just about the orbit.
- Puttapakam : This is the procedure of keeping medicaments ready out of plant extracts, certain minerals and fats over the eye for a specific phase.
