Case Study on Ayurvedic Treatment of Myopia

A person, who is suffering from the disease of Myopia, can see the nearer objects but find it difficult while seeing the objects from a distance. It is a very common disease. Myopia is also known as nearsightedness. Mypopia or nearsightedness occurs it is difficult to see things at a distance and when light ray directly comes into the contact the eye, it becomes difficult to see things.

This disease can also be inherited. The affect of this disease is generally visible in the teenage group. It is good to take proper treatment on time, because with the passage of the time the affect of this disease gets worsen.In the year 2012, a seven years old girl named Divya Singh, come to our hospital with her parents. Her mother was very worried after seeing the condition of her daughter. The girl was not able to see the things properly. So, she was getting very low marks in the class as if she was not able to see the things written on blackboard. When she came across the treatment, then we came to know that the girl is suffering from myopia from a long time. Just to know more about the disease we underwent some internal treatment, where we came to know that the girl needs to have a proper and immediate eye treatment in order to avoid permanent loss of vision.
